Self Myofascial Release
4 Week Program with Jason Rowe, CPT
Self-myofascial release (SMR) is a self-massage technique using tools like foam rollers or balls to relieve tension, stiffness, and “knots” (trigger points) in the fascia and muscles, improving flexibility and recovery by applying sustained pressure to tight areas.
Learn how to perform SMR on yourself to improve posture, flexibility, relieve pain, and correct muscular imbalances and common deviations in alignment. Jason specializes in injury prevention and rehabilitation using myofascial therapy.
When: Tuesday’s and Thursday’s at 12:30pm beginning Feb 10 for 4 weeks
