All our classes are first-come, first-serve – you may register online through our website or in person at the studio. You are welcome to pay for a drop-in class if you do not have a membership. If it is your first time, we encourage you to come 10-15 minutes before class to get signed in. Please bring your own mat and a towel. We will provide all small equipment and props for class.
There is parking in the back of the building that is readily available to customers.
If you are a personal training client, only you and your trainer will be working together. Other trainers may be working individually with their clients as well. If you are coming to a class, there may be a group of up to 15 other people.
Please send written notice via email to lynette@gobalancefitness.com at least 7 days before your billing date. We will confirm your cancellation request via email.
We do have a changing room, but we do not have lockers. For storage, we have cubbies and hooks inside our studio to store coats and bags. Never leave valuables in your car.
We do not offer childcare. To maintain safety, children are not allowed to be on the fitness floor or in the mind/body studio while classes are in session. If you bring your child to Balance Fitness, they may wait in the lobby, and we would love if you provided them with a quiet activity. Our desk staff will attend to their regular duties and cannot be responsible for monitoring children.
Children who are 12 years old or older are welcome to participate in classes. We use this age as a guide. If your child is younger than 12 years old and you still wish for them to participate, we will discuss on a per child basis depending on their maturity level and physical ability. All children must pay the regular rate for classes.
To reduce waste, we encourage everyone to bring their own water bottle to their workouts and classes. The studio has a water refill station for customer convenience. We do not offer a towel service to be as hygienic as possible. Please bring your own towel.
